Anthems for the Mother Earth Goddess

Rigo 23 is among the seven artists invited to the group exhibition Anthems for the Mother Earth Goddess taking place between the June 25th and the August 15th at Andrew Edlin Gallery in New York. The artists – Brian Adam Douglas, Chris Doyle, Peter Fend, Katerina Lanfranco, Rigo 23, Kevin Sampson and Saya Woolfalk – were invited to “create works related to the environment and install them directly onto the walls, ceilings and floors of the gallery”, a building that will “be demolished sometime in the near future”. This exhibition will be the last one to be presented on the current gallery location.
